1. Room Plans & Occupancy

• Rooms are available under various plans. Applicable taxes are additional.
• Maximum occupancy for each room type varies; please refer to specific room details.
• Children below 5 years of age stay free of charge. Children aged 5-11 years are charged at 50% of the adult rate, while children aged 12 and above are considered adults.
• Due to our remote location and limited room availability, food is not offered à la carte. Meals will be served as either a buffet or Table d’Hôte (fixed menu) in the restaurant.

2. Pet Entry Fee & Meals

• The entry fee for pets is ₹600 per person, which includes two meals per day.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% booking amount is required upon reservation, with the remaining 50% due one day before arrival.
• Payments can be made via cash or UPI, subject to internet connectivity. Cheques are not accepted.
• Full payment must be completed prior to check-in; rooms will not be allocated without full payment.
• Billing will be based on the higher of either the guaranteed or actual number of guests.
• All additional charges, including extra food and beverage services and any property damages, must be settled at check-out.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is at 12:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A photo ID is required for all guests (adults and children) staying at the farm.
• If paying directly, guests must pay the full advance at check-in.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are not accepted, and advance payments are non-refundable.
• If cancellation or postponement is communicated 30 days prior to check-in, the advance amount may be adjusted toward a future booking, valid for 90 days from the original booking date. After 90 days, the amount will be forfeited.
• Rebookings are allowed once and cannot be divided by amount or room nights.

6. General Policies

• Standard house rules apply to all guests.
• The management reserves the right of admission.
• Management is not responsible for any guest mishaps, accidents, or losses during the stay.
• All items not specified within these terms will incur additional charges.
